Where can I get my order delivered?
Products on DIYNation can be delivered to your home or alternative address in the UK. We also deliver to non-mainland UK addresses and certain remote locations (e.g. Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands). Unfortunately, we do not deliver to British Forces Post Office BFPO.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard Delivery within 2 to 3 working days
Shipping Charges will be £3.49 for orders under £29.99 and weighing less than 14kg
We offer free shipping for orders over £29.99, weighing up to 14 kgs.
Working days are Monday to Friday inclusive. Please allow an additional 2 working days for Bank Holidays.
Order by 2pm Monday to Friday for same day dispatch
All items will be sent via Evri 48 Hour working days Service (unless otherwise purchased the expedited delivery option)
Next Day Delivery
£4.49 will be the shipping price for weighing under 14kg.
For orders exceeding 14 kgs, a flat delivery charge of £4.49 will be applied on every 14 kgs.
Order by 2pm* Monday to Friday for Next Day delivery.
Your order will be sent via the Evri 24 Hour Service.
Will I get my delivery on the Bank Holiday?
Please be aware that parcels will not be delivered on the Bank holiday Monday and that you should receive your parcel on the Tuesday of that week for orders placed on the Friday and/or Saturday.
Can you leave the delivery at an agreed hiding place?
For UK and Northern Ireland deliveries, If no one is available to accept delivery of the parcel, the courier will do their best to leave the parcel in a secure location or as per your instructions when placing the order. If this isn't possible, the parcel will be taken back to the depot. In both cases, a card will be left informing you of the attempted delivery.
Can you deliver to a different address other than my billing address?
This is possible, but please remember to tick the box indicating that the billing address will be different when going through the checkout.
What can I do if my parcel does not arrive does not arrive on time?
Please contact our Customer Service team at (EMAIL ID) if you have not received your order 4 days after dispatch of your order for further advice, in order for us to deal with your query you must contact us within 28 days of dispatch of your order.
